Delete Repository

Description: Delete a Git/Helm/OCI repository registration from ArgoCD using the extension, removing it from the Repositories view, and ensuring the user confirms the action to avoid accidental data loss.

Usage Flow

1. Open Command Palette → "ArgoCD: Delete Repository" or right-click on a repository
2. Select the repository to delete
3. Confirm the deletion
