Add Connection

Description: Add a new ArgoCD server connection to the extension by providing endpoint and authentication details, validating connectivity, and storing the connection for quick reuse across commands and views.

Usage Flow

1. Open Command Palette → "ArgoCD: Add Connection"
2. Enter connection details (server URL, authentication credentials)
3. Verify the connection
4. Confirm and save the connection
