Delete Application

Description: Delete an ArgoCD application from the ArgoCD server using the VS Code extension, removing it from ArgoCD management and optionally deleting resources, with a confirmation step to prevent accidental removal.

Usage Flow

1. Open Command Palette → "ArgoCD: Delete Application" or right-click on an application
2. Select the application to delete
3. Confirm the deletion
